FATE CONFERENCE 2027
April 1–3, 2027 | Charlotte, NC (in-person)
Reimagining Foundations, Systems, and Creative Narratives
Re[FOCUS]
To Re[FOCUS] is a radical act of reassessment. Whether sharpening instructional methodologies in art, design, and art history or exploring the materiality of studio practice, we seek panel submissions that refocus the status quo through a balance of serious inquiry and hopeful curiosity.
The conference theme of Re[FOCUS] invites artists, designers, educators, and administrators to investigate and challenge the core of our creative and pedagogical practices in our contemporary moment of dramatic change and uncertainty.
