FATE Sponsor Levels for 2025

Join FATE Conference as a valued partner, connecting with the largest community of first-year art and design educators in the United States. Our partnership program offers multiple engagement levels designed to provide lasting value beyond the conference dates. Important: 

• To be included in all conference digital and printed materials, partnerships must be confirmed by January 30, 2025. 

• Sponsors can continue to sponsor until March 28, 2025 to be included on the website. 

Partnership benefits on the FATE website remain active until April 30, 2026, with Platinum and Gold partnerships extending through January 30, 2027.

SPONSORSHIP PROCESS AND IMPORTANT DATES

Sponsors complete this online form and agreement with sponsorship level by January 30 2025 for full benefits. Sponsor forms received after this date will not be included in printed or digital materials for the 2025 conference, but can be included on the website with appropriate sponsor level.

Sponsor Timeline:

• January 30 2025: Deadline to complete sponsor form and payment (sponsor forms received after this date will not be included in printed or digital materials for the 2025 conference, but can be included on the website with appropriate sponsor level)

• March 12, 2025: Deadline for on-site representatives to complete individual conference registrations. [A STAND-ALONE REGISTRATION PAGE FOR SPONSORS]

• March 12, 2025: Deadline to complete hotel reservations. Hotel rooms may be reserved here with the conference rates: Single/Double: $179, Triple: $189, Quad: $199. Registration for hotel rooms closes March 12th, 2025, or when all available rooms are sold, whichever comes first.

• March 12, 2025: Deadline to confirm with email the number of packages, approx. size and weight of each box and anticipated delivery date 

• No earlier than April 5, 2025 Deadline for packages to be delivered and received by hotel.

• April 9,2025 after 2 pm: On-site representatives arrive and set up their tables and materials between (time)

• April 10-12, 2025: On-site representatives work table and engage with conference attendees between 

  • 730 am - 5 pm on Thursday, April 10

  • 730 am - 230 pm on Friday, April 11

    • Conference transit to George Mason University. Bus service every 30 min. from hotel to George Mason University from 230 pm - 9 pm (Platinum and Gold Sponsors will have a venue at GMU to offer workshop and set up a table/s)

    • 730 am - 1230 on Saturday, April 12

• 1230 pm - 5 pm on Saturday, April 12: On-site representatives pack up remaining materials by (time) for return shipping (mailing labels must be included on boxes)
